Rumble Striking is a hybrid dynamic striking class, focusing on learning and developing the fundamentals and techniques of Muay Thai, Kickboxing and Boxing through partner drilling, working on combos, offense, defense, counters, footwork, and fundamental movement, as well as drills and pad work to learn the proper balance and mechanics of practical combos.

Boxing emphasizes the development of boxing fundamentals and includes partner, offensive, and defensive drills. One can expect to learn and develop proper punching techniques, fundamental footwork, proper posture and stance, and conditioning. These fundamentals will be acquired through boxing routines of jump roping, bag work, speed bag work, agility drills, and pad work.
Sparring is essentially "free-form" fighting, which forces students to improvise, to think under pressure, and to keep their emotions under control. In any sparring match, precautions of some sort must be taken to protect the participants and make injuries unlikely. These may include wearing protective gear, declaring certain techniques and targets off-limits, playing slowly or at a fixed speed, etcetera.

Our Strength & Conditioning program is a blend of strength training, body awareness, and aerobic conditioning, emphasizing strength, skill, and the individual needs of members. Utilizing barbell movements (squat, press, deadlift, clean and jerk, and snatch), our training cycles take athletes through progressions aimed at making them stronger and more powerful. With the guidance of our coaches, members will learn how to safely and effectively move, improve their maximal strength capacities, and develop body awareness..

Fitness Kickboxing is an amazing aerobic experience, utilizing various forms of martial arts and self-defense moves to increase muscular strength, cardiovascular conditioning, coordination, and balance. Using a non-contact approach, learn how to kick, punch, bob, and weave your way to a higher fitness level.
Kid's MMA utilizes the fundamentals of Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and many other sport-based martial art systems in a fun and dynamic environment, as we instill the character building principles of Martial Arts, such as respect, responsibility, integrity, perseverance, and self-control.
Kid's Wrestling teaches basic grappling movements by using the upper and lower body with exercises and drills designed to create the complete wrestler.
Kid's Rumble Fit offers the opportunity to shape the way our children approach fitness by fusing metabolic conditioning with several sports into high-intensity workouts, guaranteeing an engaging and exciting experience each class.
Personal Training includes an initial consultation and assessment, weekly programming with one-on-one coaching three times a week (30-minute, 45-minute, or 1 hour sessions), client monitoring, and a monthly check-in. Personal Training is the perfect addition to or substitute for your normal workout regimen, whether you're struggling to get into shape or already an avid athlete.
Individual Program Design consists of the same initial consultation and assessment, weekly programming with one-on-one coaching, client monitoring, and monthly check-ins as our Personal Training program but has the added flexibility and bonus of unlimited weekly workouts. It’s also a great solution for distance; clients who travel a lot and want to be trained remotely or remain a member of our facility from another city can easily do so.
