Personal Training includes an initial consultation and assessment, weekly programming with one-on-one coaching three times a week (30-minute, 45-minute, or 1 hour sessions), client monitoring, and a monthly check-in. Personal Training is the perfect addition to or substitute for your normal workout regimen, whether you're struggling to get into shape or already an avid athlete.

Individual Program Design consists of the same initial consultation and assessment, weekly programming with one-on-one coaching, client monitoring, and monthly check-ins as our Personal Training program but has the added flexibility and bonus of unlimited weekly workouts. It’s also a great solution for distance; clients who travel a lot and want to be trained remotely or remain a member of our facility from another city can easily do so.
